Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery timelines vary based on the delivery location and courier partner. Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout before order placement.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods.

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within India.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or logistical issues beyond our control.

Fabric & Co currently ships only within India. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, customers may be contacted for reshipment or refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
