Cancellation & Refund Policy

Fabric & Co is committed to providing a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process for all customers.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns & Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items that fail quality checks may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refunds typically take 7–15 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotional offers may not be eligible for return or refund, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
